With over 15 years of experience in professional kitchens, Adam is a seasoned chef who has led high-volume restaurants, including Hard Rock Cafe, Italiannies, and TGI Friday’s. As the Head of Food Innovation for Pizza Hut Malaysia, he spearheaded numerous successful limited-time offers (LTOs) and earned several innovation awards from YUM. He transitioned into a Regional Head of QSR Commercial Innovation Chef role with Arla Foods where he collaborated with leading QSR brands across Southeast Asia and North Asia, which eventually led to their successful product launches. Passionate about food and with a deep understanding of regional cuisines, he continues to push culinary boundaries through innovative and commercially successful offerings.
