A native of Northwest Spain, he has spent more than 35 years in the food industry, gaining a strong culinary background from his family heritage and adopted Mediterranean food culture after moving to Tarragona. Today, Jordi showcases Griffith Foods’ culinary approach by developing innovative and relevant concepts that contribute to customer success.
